Hillcrest Guest House - Llangollen

Reasonably spacious and spotless rooms with exceptionally comfortable beds, a TV, a hair dryer, and tea, coffee. Pleasant, pretty friendly staff with smiling face.

We would recomand this hotel, spent here good 1 night. It was fairly clean, everyone was amicable. The place had a family atmosphere. Its location relatively close to Llangollen Canal was stunning and peaceful. The local area was good for one night.

Cozy and cute stay!

The host was super friendly and sorted out our room mix-up pronto. Breakfast was tasty and it was nice to see there's loads of parking, a bonus. Just a couple of minutes from the town center. The only bummer was some minor noise from the street at night.

The loud toilet flush disrupted our sleep!!! Room sizes were disappointingly small, and the honesty bar management was confusing at best. A vent fan is needed in the bathroom for humidity control!!!

The family room had a lovely view, but the shower needed repairs.

The small twin room was cozy and surprisingly spacious. Everything was clean and well-kept. I loved the vintage charm of the decor, it really gave the place character. The shower pressure could have been better. The lighting was a bit dim in certain spots, but that didn't take away from how relaxing the room felt overall.

I had an amazing stay where the host was so friendly, and it was just a few steps away from good cafes and the fine Llangollen Bridge, making my city strolls enjoyable.

We visited Chester Zoo and enjoyed exploring the local attractions. The breakfast was a real highlight with plenty of options, and the living room was cozy for evening chats. Plus, the parking was convenient for our trips.

Had an awkward moment upon arrival when greeted by a quirky staff member who seemed a bit off-putting. It set a strange tone.

The owners were friendly, even giving us great directions to the nearby Chester Zoo, just a short drive away. The breakfast options were fantastic and filled everyone up for the day.

In my wife's opinion, a small play area for kids would be great.

I thoroughly enjoyed the beautifully decorated room with lovely views of the countryside. The lounge was inviting and relaxing. The guest house was easily accessible.

It's in an excellent location, just a short walk from the town centre. The breakfast was cooked to order and the variety was fantastic! I especially loved the fresh fruit and pastries. The hosts were very friendly, a nice touch.

My previous stay in llangollen was good, but this time the cute atmosphere and delicious breakfast really stood out. The newly decorated room and spacious lounge.

The room was super comfy and clean, reminded me of a cozy nest. The owners were really warm. Breakfast was amazin, just what i needed to start my day. I was satisfied with everything until it was time to leave.

The only downside was i had a bit of trouble with the hot water in the morning. The location is kinda up a hill which might be a hassle for some.
